To obtain the ITRA ID proceed with the following steps:
1. Go to www.itra.run and click over "Find a runner".
2. Insert you First and Last Names (usually the same name as the BIB number used on the races you finished) and then click on your profile.
3. ITRA ID is the number under the photo.
4. In the case of Jim Walmsley his ITRA ID is 485740
