De acordo com o artigo 1.3. do Regulamento da Prova, os participantes das provas MIUT 115, MIUT 85, MIUT 60 e MIUT 42 devem descarregar o Certificado Médico no link abaixo. Depois de devidamente preenchido pelo seu médico deverá fazer o upload do documento na zona privada da sua inscrição, a partir do dia 15 de novembro de 2023 e até 15 de Março de 2024. Sem o upload do Certificado Médico, o participante não poderá participar do evento.
- Os participantes na MIUT 16 não necessitam de apresentar Certificado Médico.
Para carregar o Certificado Médico na zona privada da sua inscrição terá de aceder no link abaixo respeitante à prova em que está inscrito:
- Zona Privada MIUT 115
- Zona Privada MIUT 85
- Zona Privada MIUT 60
- Zona Privada MIUT 42
Nota: Após efectuado o upload do certificado médico na sua inscrição, a organização fará verificação dentro de 7 dias. Se tudo estiver em conformidade, a inscrição será validada (ficando a verde na lista de inscritos); caso contrário, notificaremos o participante se o certificado não for válido. According to 1.3. from the Race Regulation, participants taking part in the races MIUT 115, MIUT 85, MIUT 60 and MIUT 42 must download the Medical Certificate from the under link. After being filled and signed by your doctor this document must be uploaded in participants private registration from november 15th, 2023 until March 15th, 2024. Without uploading the Medical Certificate, the participant will not be able to participate in the event.
- Participants in the race MIUT 16 do not need to present the Medical Certificate.
To upload the Medical Certificate in the private area of your registration you will need to access the link below regarding the race in which you are registered:
- Private Zone MIUT 115

Note: After uploading the Medical Certificate in your registration, the organisation will verify it within 7 days. If everything is in order, the registration will be validated (turning green on the list of registrations), otherwise we will inform the participant if the certificate is not valid. Selon le paragraphe 1.3 du Règlement de la Course, chaque participant aux courses MIUT 115, MIUT 85, MIUT 60 et MIUT 42 doit fournir un certificat médical valide.
Après avoir été complété et signé par votre médecin traitant, le certificat médical doit être téléchargé via votre espace coureur (cf. lien orange disponible plus bas dans la page) entre le 15 novembre 2023 et le 15 Mars 2024. Sans certificat médical préalablement fourni, vous ne pourrez pas participer aux courses de l'événement.

Pour télécharger le certificat médical via votre espace coureur, veuillez cliquer sur le lien ci-dessous de la course à laquelle vous êtes inscrit :

À noter que les participants à la course MIUT 16 n'ont pas besoin de présenter le certificat médical.
Précision : après avoir téléchargé votre certificat médical, celui-ci sera vérifié et validé par l'organisation sous 7 jours.
Si votre certificat est conforme, alors votre inscription sera définitivement validée (devenant verte dans la liste des inscriptions) et à l’inverse, en cas de refus, vous en en serez notifié par l’organisation.
