In accordance with article 3.3.2 of the competition regulations, in the event of cancellation, there will only be a refund if the participant has taken out cancellation insurance at the time of registration, otherwise the participant will not be entitled to any possible refund.
- If you contracted the cancellation insurance during the registration process and you want to request a refund, you will need to do the following procedure:

Indicate in the communication:
a. Registration ID
b. Reason for cancellation with supporting documents.

- If you did contract the cancellation insurance and you want to cancel your registration it's enough to send an email to MIUT
- When canceling the registration, the participant is no longer entitled to receive the participation kit.
