- What is Refund Protection?
Refund Protection allows the participant to be refunded the amount paid for their registration (except the protection amount and platform commission fee) as long as there is a justified reason within the clauses included in the list on this page: https://www.refundable.me/
This Protection does not cover pregnancy. In the situation where the pregnancy occurred after the date of registration, the participant must contact the organization directly requesting reimbursement, at the same time presenting the medical report proving the respective pregnancy. Refunds may take up to 30 days after submitting the request.

The Refund Protection amount is 15% of the registration fee, which must be paid at the time of registration.

Coverage begins at the time of enrolment and ends to the day prior to the start of the event for which it was taken out
